The U13 AA Female division is new for the 2023-24 season in the Alberta Female Hockey League. The goal of the U13AA division is to provide a competitive, all-female option and development pathway for female athletes through the elite system. Teams in the U13AA division will also have the opportunity to compete at the Alberta Winter Games. One team from Alberta Games Zone will be selected to represent their Zone at the Winter Games.
